Tonya Blackburn

Tonya Blackburn has been in the insurance industry for almost 20 years. She is a trusted Medicare insurance advisor and entrepreneur dedicated to helping seniors make informed decisions about their healthcare. As one of the founders of Medicare Solutions of West Texas, she is passionate about educating Medicare beneficiaries and guiding them through their options with integrity, compassion and personalized service.
In addition to her work in Medicare, Tonya is an Indpendent Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. She loves helping women discover the best they can be. She also is a Brand Partner with Lifewave and is passionate about sharing wellness patches with everyone. She believes in empowering others to live long, live well with confidence, purpose and hope.
A woman of faith, Tonya values serving other with honesty and kindness. She enjoys spending time with her family especially her three grandchildren, cheering on Texas Tech athletics and encouraging people to purse healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Maria Martinez 

Maria Martinez is a licensed insurance agent dedicated to helping individuals and families make confident decisions about thier health and financial future. Specializing in Medicare insurance options and life insurance, she takes pride in educating her clients and making the process simple and stress-free. With a background in healthcare and years of experience serving others, Maria understands the importance of finding coverage that fits each persons unique needs.
Born in Lubbock, Texas, she proudly serves clients throughout the state with compassion and integrity Her goal is to build lasting relationships based on trust, personalized service and genuine care.
When she’s not helping clients, Maria enjoys spending time with her four grown children, making trips to Houston to visit family and soak up the Texas sunshine.

Lauri Casler

Lauri is a long-time Lubbock professional.  She is extremely active in the community through various charitable organizations.
Lauri has an associate’s Degree in Allied Health from South Plains College and also attended Texas Tech.  She has eleven years of experience in the insurance industry with four years of emphasis in Medicare.

Lauri is a member of the South Plains Home Care Association and the National and Lubbock Association of Health Underwriters.

Carrie Blair

Carrie Blair has been a Benefits Advisor since 2008 and understands the varied needs and concerns involved with moving into Medicare, so she finds solutions that make sense for your specific challenges. Della Gunn Hale

Della has been a long-time resident of Lubbock. She started in the insurance business in 1986.

Her experience includes working extensively in products Life, Health and Medicare products. She represents some ancillary products like vision, dental, Medical Transport Solutions (ambulance) as well. She spent most of her career working within the farming communities and business owners.

Della’s philosophy is “to establish a firm relationship of mutual trust and to treat each client’s needs as if they were her own”. Della has been a breast cancer survivor since 2008 and is always willing to help others through the cancer journey.

Holly Waugh

Holly is an Independent Insurance Agent specializing in Medicare Supplemental and Advantage plans. She has worked for both insurance companies and agencies to help employer groups, as well as individual clients, find the best fit for their insurance needs.

Originally from El Paso, Holly has lived in Midland for over 30 years and is married to her husband Steve. They have a son and a daughter along with two beautiful granddaughters.
